All order and deliveries are made on the following terms and conditions:

1. If you buy a book or anything else from us, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions

2. Payment is made through our ecommerce software provider Square and unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for problems encountered with its payment systems

3. We hope you’ll be very happy with your book, but if you choose to return it, please get in touch with us by email at info@springview.uk for information on how to send it back. You will need to pay for the return postage. We will refund your original payment when we receive the book, as long as it is in resaleable condition.

4. Subject to these conditions, our total liability whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss or damage, costs or expenses arising under or connection with these terms and conditions shall not exceed 100% of the amount payable by the customer to Spring View Publications under these terms and conditions in respect of the order giving rise to liability.
